I would say for this to be my first apartment alone, my experience has been great. The neighbor is quiet and whenever I meet a neighbor they are really nice. The staff at the leasing office has always been incredible and when ever I have a problem and need maintenance to check it out, it happens super fast. This particular location is great. Its near a Meijer and several popular food places and shopping. The apartments themselves are in a solid shape. The laundry rooms for each complex are well maintained. And during the winters, the sidewalks and parking lots are well maintained. - Shane

I set up an online appointment to visit the complex. It was extremely easy to do so when I arrived, Stephanie greeted me with a friendly, courteous smile. She took me a tour of the complex, she showed me a one bedroom apartment. After we returned to the rental office, she explained everything in detail. She answered all of my questions and took as much time as I needed to understand the entire process. Stephanie is a definite asset to Fairlane apartments, she should be rewarded... - Theodore
